Director of Youth Ministry (30-40 hours/week to include Sundays) – Starting Summer 2012, Harmony United Methodist Church (Hamilton, VA) has an opening for a Youth Ministry Director. Harmony is located in beautiful western Loudoun County, about 45 minutes west of Washington, DC. Harmony has a dedicated volunteer youth ministry team and a vibrant youth group of around 30 active 6th-12th graders. We are looking for someone who can enrich and grow the youth program. The Director of Youth Ministry would support Sunday School for middle and high school youth, Sunday youth groups, confirmation, and youth fellowship/mission trips. This person would also partner with the Directors of Children’s Ministry and Adult Ministry to create a unified process/vision for Christian development.
